Valencia CF and VCF Foundation collaborate on Cancer Research Day

May 12th is Cancer Research Day, and Valencia CF and the VCF Foundation have lent their support to AECC Valencia.

The motto of the day is "Make the fight against cancer your flag" and the objective is to raise funds to continue researching and improving treatment, in order to achieve a 70% cancer survival rate.

The club have set up a collection table at the VCF Foundation headquarters, which was attended by the president of Valencia CF, Anil Murthy, the director general of the VCF Foundation, Teo Swee Wei, along with the president of the AECC Valencia, Tomás Trénor , club ambassador, Miguel Ángel Bossio, VCF Inclusivo player, Hernán Cortés, the heads of the Vicente Guillem Oncology Service (IVO), Carlos Camps (Hospital General) and Pablo Soler (IMED), and Vicente de Juan, financial director of INCLIVA.

Valencia CF and the VCF Foundation will continue to share their commitment to society on June 2nd, at "La Nit de València," where many of the groups benefiting from solidarity projects will be present.
